Poppy and Lily update

Well, I am done the Orange Day Lily Buds. They are embroidered, beaded, colored, quilted and couched.

Yarn was couched along the binding. I do like the look and am pretty happy with it.


The Poppy, is still in the works - I have some more thoughts on that, and will put it down and think about it.
None of the flower heads are sewn down yet, so are kind of flopping around, but I think you get the idea.

    Love the beading and the couched yarn really adds adds a nice "pop".
    Really intrigued with where the poppies are going...what to see both in person!
